Where We Deliver
We deliver Australia-wide — Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and regional areas alike. All customers must be 18 years or older, and age verification may be required on delivery where applicable.
Australian-Stocked vs Overseas-Shipped Lines
Our catalogue is clearly divided into two streams. Australian-stocked products dispatch from within Australia and typically arrive fastest — metro areas such as Sydney are usually the quickest. Overseas-shipped lines are priced lower and are ideal for bulk and wholesale orders, but carry longer transit times. Each product page states which stream it belongs to before you add it to your cart.
Dispatch & Tracking
Orders are processed promptly on business days. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details by email so you can follow it to your door. Delivery timeframes vary with your location and the shipping stream you chose; please allow additional time during peak periods and public holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Multi-pack and wholesale orders may qualify for reduced per-unit shipping — the checkout will always show the full cost before you pay.
Returns & Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a genuine fault, contact us via the contact form within a reasonable period of delivery, including your order number and a description (photos help). We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.
Change of Mind
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of vaping products, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on opened or used items. Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be eligible for return at our discretion — please contact us before sending anything back.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing on this page limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you’re entitled to a remedy — and we’ll make it right.
